    • Exceptions: Small claims that qualify under applicable small claims laws may be brought in small claims court.
    • Waiver of Class Action: You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against JUNO.

  3. Governing Laws and Regulations

    These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use Site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

  4. Updates and Modifications
